GERMANY – Three defendants of the TKP/ML process are on remand again!

Since the 25th of June three of the defendants, Dr. Banu Büyükavci, Dr. Sinan Aydin und Sami Solmaz, of the so called TKP/ML process again are in prison – they are on remand again. In 2015 they were accused within the TKP/ML process and were in prison (on remand) till February 2018!

For the last years there was a high pressure against the defendants, they were isolated and under physically and psychically torture to be broken. Now again the process started with the same methods. The defendants were directly taken from the trial to prison, for others (other defendants and supporters) it was forbidden to enter the room.

Against the repression of the German imperialism, to defend the imprisoned revolutionaries and their justified struggle, over the last year numerous actions and campaigns were done worldwide! Communists, revolutionaries and democratic activist expressed their solidarity with different, powerful actions and supported the imprisoned to not be broken!

The revolutionary struggle is legitimate everywhere! We are on the site of those, who defend revolution!

Freedom for Dr. Banu Büyükavcı, Dr. Sinan Aydın, Sami Solmaz and all other political prisoners!

Down with imperialism, fascism and all reactionaries!

The next manifestation in solidarity is on the 8th of July, on the next day of trial:

8th of July, at 12:00 in front of the provincial high court in München (Germany), Nymphenburger Straße 16.

Following we document an international call of solidarity:

Freedom for Dr. Banu Büyükavcı, Dr. Sinan Aydın, Sami Solmaz and all other political prisoners!

The revolutionary struggle is legitimate everywhere! We are on the site of those, who defend revolution!

Freedom for Dr. Banu Büyükavcı, Dr. Sinan Aydın, Sami Solmaz and all other political prisoners!

On April 15, 2015, ten revolutionaries were arrested by means of international raids, centralized in Germany, on charges of supposed membership in the TKP/ML in an illegal and anti-democratic form, in collaboration of the German state with the Turkish state.

After June 2016 eight of the ten revolutionaries, who are on trial as part of §§ 129b, have been released after varying periods by the federal court in Munich under the condition to appear in court during trial. Deniz Pektaş and Müslüm Elma remain in custody throughout the trial.

But there has been another attack by the hand of the German state, the Attorney General and the federal court. Dr. Banu BÜYÜKAVCI, Dr. Sinan AYDIN and Sami SOLMAZ have attended the court session of June 25. Both, after their release and in front of the judge, they had insisted on their revolutionary ideals and never renounced them. On the June 25 however, they were again arrested by the court senate. Their revolutionary position and determination was immensely interfering for German imperialism and led to an attack on the revolutionary stance. The prisoners are been held in isolation and they are being submitted to the total revenge of the state and the judiciary.

We denounce the attack on the three revolutionaries, who stated, that their revolutionary struggle and their ideals are just and legitimate and that they will stick by them. Furthermore we hereby also declare, that we are on the site of these revolutionaries, who stick by the cause.

This attack, carried out by German imperialism and in collaboration with the Turkish fascist state, we consider an attack against our revolutionary ideals, against our fundamental political rights – as well as an attack that aims towards our struggle. We hereby also declare, that we will defend the three detained revolutionaries under any circumstances.

We call for the revolutionary and democratic general public, to stand against the attacks and to defend the detained revolutionaries.

Freedom for Dr. Banu BÜYÜKAVCI, Dr. Sinan AYDIN, Sami SOLMAZ and all political prisoners!

The revolutionary struggle is just! It can not be convicted!

Down with imperialism, fascism and all reactionaries!
